I made this card last night using the brand new ‘Full Heart’ punch from the ‘Perfect Pairs’ March promotion. This punch has previously only been available to purchase to those in the US, but we’ve been lucky enough to have the opportunity to add this to our craft stash for one month only. We will not see this punch again until October when the new Stampin’ Up! Idea Book & Catalogue is released. The last day I can place orders for this punch is 31/03/10, so you have just over a week left to grab one for yourself.
Here’s how I made this card.
- Cut 4″ x 8″ Basic Black textured card and score in half to make a 4″ x 4″ card.
- Cut 3.5″ x 3.5″ in Whisper White card stock, and 3″ x 3″ in Basic Black textured card stock.
- Round all corners with the corner rounder punch.
- Screw up a piece of Whisper White card stock and punch out several hearts with the full heart punch.
- Using the Basic Grey ink pad, lightly brush the hearts on the pad, picking up the ink.
- Pierce a hole through each heart near the point with the paper piercing tool and fix together with a silver brad. Arrange hearts into position.
- Punch out flowers with the Boho Blossoms punch in Whisper White and Basic Black textured card.
- Lightly bend the petals of the flowers, pierce through with the paper piercing tool and fix with a silver brad.
- Use a Stampin’ dimensional to fix the centre to the white rose petals.
- Use SNAIL Adhesive to layer up the cut stocks onto the base card.
- Use 4 Stampin’ dimensionals to fix the white rose to the card.

Each year Stampin’ Up! release a new ‘Mini’ Idea Book & Catalogue, called the ‘Mini Catalogue’. The Mini Catalogue is packed with brand new stamp sets, accessories and product ideas. All stamp sets are only available to buy during the length of the promotion, 1st April – 30th September 2010.

Hello all! I just can’t stop making cards. I have 101 things to do before the wedding show at the weekend, but I have all these ideas for cards floating around in my head. Why do I always get so many ideas when I actually have to get other things done?! I gave into my head and made this gorgeous card tonight. (And yes, it’s green. Again. I LOVE green.) I’d love to know your thoughts!

Saffy is a Cavailer King Charles Spaniel, expect to see alot of her! Isn’t she gorgeous? We’re getting her on Sunday, when she is 8 weeks old. Saffy is short for Saffron. I wanted to make a scrapbook page because I haven’t made a page in what seems like years!
Here’s what I used to make the page:
Saffy Scrapbook Page: All materials Stampin’ Up! Cardstock: Chocolate Chip, So Saffron, Whisper White, Kraft. Ribbon: Grosgrain 5/8″ Chocolate Chip, Linen Thread. Punches: Scallop Circle, 1 Inch Circle. Ink: Chocolate Chip. Button: 1 Inch Clear Button. Stamp set(s): Frames and All, Schoolbook Serif Alphabet, All in the Family (Dog Stamp), Vintage Labels (SAB). Adhesives: Stampin’ Dimensionals, SNAIL Adhesives, Sticky Strip. Tools: SU Paper Trimmer, Mat Pack and Paper Piercing Tool.
