4 places left, contact me today to join!

Stampers 6 Club to begin October 2011 – September 2012.

(If all places are full by October, if not it will be put back a month)

The new catalogue will be out this October, so why not treat yourself a little each month by joining this club?

Stampin’ Up! like to thank their customers by giving them a little something back. For every £300 a customer spends, they will receive £50 back in ‘hostess pounds’ AND if that’s not enough, Stampin’ Up! give you 50% off ANY item in the catalogue.

Eg. The Big Shot is normally £87.95. At half price you would get a huge £43.98 off! With only the remaining balance to pay.

How do Hostess Pounds work?

Hostess Pounds can only be spent on the products in the hostess section of the catalogue AND in the remaining pages of the catalogue. The hostess section features exclusive stamps sets which can only be earned when hosting a workshop or joining a club like this one.

Each product in the hostess section will have a hostess value next to it. This will indicate how much of your pounds you will spend if you select that particular set.

The great thing is, if you were to select a stamp set that is £45 hostess pounds, you can still own that set by paying the additional £5. How great is that?!

What will I receive when joining the club?

By joining the club you will receive:

  • Your very own copy of the brand new Stampin’ Up! 2011-2012 Catalogue. (RRP £5.95)
  • £50 hostess pounds to spend during your hostess month.
  • Earn 50% off any product in the catalogue.

What do I agree to when joining the club?

By joining the club you agree to:

  • Spending £50 a month for 12 months, October 2011 – September 2012, on items from the Stampin’ Up! catalogue.
  • Paying £5.95 a month for postage. Your order will be sent by Royal Mail Recorded delivery.

Anything else I need to know?

Payment Information:

  • VISA or Mastercard. (Postage payment to be sent separately)
  • Cheque – To be sent to my home address each month.
  • PayPal Invoice (+4% of the total to cover charges for using the PayPal system)

Additional Information:

  • Members can have more than one place in the club.
  • Please do not hesitate to email me with any questions and/or register your interest as soon as possible, as places are going fast.

Thank you for your time and I hope to hear from you soon.

Sarah x

Hurry as I expect this to be a very popular club!

Craft room makeover day 3

by Sarah on 05/07/2011

What a mess! This is day 3 of my craft room makeover. Unfortunately I buried my camera somewhere under all my craft stuff so I do not have photos of day 1 and 2. Day 1 = cleared out and painted, Day 2 = put everything back in again but organised!!!!!!!!

Later on today the rest of the shelves and brackets will go up in position on the walls and then I can get organising. I have made a start…

{ 2 comments }

Goodness me… two cards in one week! I must be getting organised or something. Today’s card is blue, I have a thing for blue. Especially Marina Mist and Pacific Point blue. I actually cut the Marina Mist card stock from top to bottom, creating a thin long piece which is a tent card. I like to make my cards differently occasionally, but I do think I am a normal folded card girl at heart. (I know what I mean)

For the background I stamped a leaf from the Autumn Leaves stamp set, in Pacific Point across the bottom half of the card. I next cut and tore a yummy piece of the Springtime Vintage pattern paper and layered that onto a piece of Pacific Point card stock, tearing the bottom also.

I grabbed a piece of the ribbon organza (which I LOVE!!!!) and wrapped it around and tied the two ends in a bow. The sentiment ‘Thinking of you’ is from the trendy trees stamp set. This was stamped in Pacific Point, on Whisper White card and punched out using the oval punch. I used a couple of Dimensionals to adhere the sentiment to the card.

Next I made a gorgeous flower. I punch 5 flowers out using the large flower punch in Whisper White. I then took them and rubbed them across the Marina Mist ink pad, inking up the edges. Taking my scissors I cut the petals up, holding each one by my fingers and taking the scissors around, as if cutting little circles from the petals. Doing this helps you mold the flower. I again inked up the edges in Pacific Point, but this time following the cut lines into the centre, making each petal stand out.

Finally I grabbed a brad and held them together with it. I chose a button from the Springtime Vintage buttons and threaded on some linen thread. I took another couple dimentionals to stick the button onto the flower, and the flower onto the card.

And that is that! I hope you like it! x
